    Having read cheftalk for weeks I have learned a lot and am thankful. 

    Ive worked in kitchens for ~10 years and am currently a linecook at a hotel restaurant. This is my first experience in both hotel and line work and I enjoy it so far.

    Thanks for having me, i hope to be able to give back.
