    Hello,

    I am a new member here now. I am new to cooking but my dream is to become a professional chef with my very own restaurant. My favorite thing to do is to make a new meal for my parents to try. One time I mixed a few different drinks together to see what it would turn out to be and it was actually pretty good. I love to try new things. So hopefully that will turn out to be handy when I become a chef! /img/vbsmilies/smilies/chef.gif

    Well, we are always glad to see potential chefs on here!

    Please have a look at the articles and photographs on here - all well worth a look.

    Feel free to post on any thread you find interesting, or start your own threads.  The professional fora are read-only for those of us (including me!) who not in the industries - but they make very interesting reading.
