Hello everyone! I'm enrolled at Le Cordon Bleu in London, England and I begin classes in June. I'm moving from Dallas to London to attend school. I'm looking forward to gaining some helpful tips and insights as a student.

I lived in London for a number of years, although I'm Scottish - and I attended a short course at LCB in Paris, more years ago than I care to remember. I found it very, very interesting and it fuelled my amateur interest in cooking, which I still follow.
There is a specific area of the forum which is for culinary students - please have a look, you will find lots of interesting threads there. Feel free to join in on any thread on the site which you find of interest, or even start your own.
