Dear Wagamama and Federico:

You come from one of the most beautiful parts of the world that is blessed with a rich culture and deeply rooted culinary traditions.

A good friend of mine comes from your part of the world. His last name is Peralta and his great grandfather claimed the city that you live in for the Royal Family of Spain. It was my friend who introduced me to the fine art of barbecuing Argentinian style.

I am looking forward to your postings and learning about your wonderful cuisine.

:)

Ooooo! I've always wanted to tango in Argentina....

But James
, I've always wanted to eat chocolate in the Swiss Alps too...and as that is obviously where I'd choose to commune with Mr. Bond...

Welcome to cheftalk. I actually did a Tango meal once. One of my other lives is as a Classical Guitarist. We played the Tango Suite and other pieces in between courses to entertain the guests... quite interesting :)

Dear Federico:

Thank you so much for your offer. I would love to know how to prepare the "chimichurri" sauce.

As for fly fishing, ... let me dream for a while ...

Dear Federico and Wagamama

Welcome. I didn't need to read a 100 of books about Argentina because I have stayed in your beautiful country for some months.
It's so different than mine but so so beautiful.
I haven't decided yet if in my previous life if I was living in Argentina or in the desert of Capadokia in Turkey!
I am looking forward to visiting again with my husband who hasn't been there , yet!
