I am a mom (at home cook) who is hoping to learn from those with more experience. I enjoy baking and like cooking. Over the years I have had to adjust my family's diet due to escalating food allergies of both myself and my son. After the last jump, certain foods are completely eliminated. I am struggling with figuring out how to modify old recipes to put more variety back in our diet. I hope by learning about the foods, I can determine reasonable alternatives.
