    Hi there!

    My name is Victor & four years ago I left to Melbourne as a graphic designer and came back to Prague as a gastronomy geek. Now I'm opening restaurant with my partner with focus on Modern Australian cuisine.

    Honestly, it's been a rocky road so far because level of gastronomy in Czech Republic is horrible and as we are trying to do something new it is very exhausting. On the other side, there is a huge potential. This is the reason why we are looking looking for foreign chefs and I just found cheftalk.com.
