    My name is Diogo.
    I'm a Brasilian and working with computer programming.
    I Love to cook! I'm trying learn all the possible concepts to become a better cook.

    Do you attend a culinary school? Are you learning to become a chef? Or are you a cook at home learning to cook better?

    Here at Chef Talk you can ask questions of the chefs by posting them in the General Forums. Just choose the best forum for your question. Since you are not a professional chef (as I am also not), we must not post in the Professional forums. We can read there if we like, all that we want. But our posts must be in the General Forums. 

    Besides the forums we also have cooking articles, reviews of cookbooks and cooking equipment, photo galleries and many other excellent features. We hope you'll visit Chef Talk often to share your knowledge, to learn and to enjoy the community.

    I want learn the science behind the culinary and cook for poor children in events.

    As I mentioned to Diogo, we home cooks must post only in the General forums- that goes for the Professional Pastry forums, too. (I bake a lot, so I read lots of information there, but posting for us is a no-no.)  /img/vbsmilies/smilies/smile.gif
