Welcome to Chef Talk, shearerkyle. I have good memories of Glasgow, although they are quite old...

I know Scottish cuisine has evolved beyond haggis (Hey, I survived my portion!), so I'd be interested to know what you're doing with your fine local fish, meats and vegetables.

Hi everybody
I am in need of a place to go for answers to my cooking questions. We own & operate a cafe and have for 25+ years (whew! has it been that long.....). I would like to see if this works. So, here goes....
