    Hello All,

I am an electrical engineer in my day job, but am passionate about wine. So I passed the Certified Specialist of Wine (CSW) exam and passed the level 2 exam through the Court of Master Sommeliers CMS) to become a Certified Sommelier. I have also been working on another project that is very dear to me - pairing Indian (street) food & wine. I intend to participate in a few pop ups through the course of 2014 (I have networked with some business owners for this) in the city of San Francisco.

But I need some assistance with food prep, assembly and plating in these pop up events.

My first (beta) pop up is scheduled in March, and I would love to talk to anyone who is passionate and would love to learn and experiment more with Indian food - to help me in this endeavor.

This is not a full time position, just a part-time 'need-to' basis opening, every time I have an event signed up, or occasionally to work on tweaking the menu and modifying new recipes.

Anyone interested please get back to me with your contact information.

    Many thanks and best regards,
