I would like to say hello to everyone here. I am brand new to this site but I've found so much wonderful advice here! Here's a small introduction. I am a 26 year old female culinary student at lcb Minneapolis. I love the culinary arts! I like farm to table and molecular gastronomy the most. I work very hard to complete my goals in culinary arts. I drive an hour and a half to go to school then from school work a line cook job at a higher end italian restaurant. In between that, I study, work a second job, and raise two beautiful children. I am looking forward to reading your posts and getting to know all of you!
