Hello everyone! My name is betty I am not from the us but I almost sure I want to study in the French culinary institute in ny. but I am not sure which program to choose. My first thought was to study the professional pastry arts Its a 6 or 9 months. But they Also have the cake techniques & design program Its a 3 or 3.5 months. What is the best? Does anyone participated in the cake techniques & design program? I would love to hear about the 2 programs and to talk with chefs who study there in the past. Thank you very much!
