    Hey everyone,

    I'm the Chef/Owner/Operator of small Delicatessen/Catering Kitchen/Deli.  I love to cook, mostly grill and smoke all kinds of meat and sometimes even veggies.  I've joined this website to meat new people, get new ideas and hopefully be able to share what ever knowledge i have. My three most prized possessions are my Sous Vide Professional, two smoke ovens and BBQ Grill.
