    Hello, I am looking forward to reading and participating in conversations here with fellow chefs and foodies! I love everything about cooking and cuisine! What a fantastic thing we have as humans to create memorable meals and moments marked by the sharing of those feasts through food using science, math, culture, art, history! Thus raising the bar of our evolution as a species! How awesome!

    Hello Chefette! Welcome to Chef Talk. You have the perspective of a Renaissance woman. Perhaps you'll tell us a bit about the establishment in which you work. We have a good contingent from the Rockies, but our members come from all over the world, from every continent (even Antarctica now and then), giving CT an eclectic vibe. There aren't a lot of places where you can share what you know with a chef in Singapore, then learn how to make, say, an authentic Peruvian dish from a home cook in Lima. The possibilities are legion.

    While the discussion forums are rich grounds for new ideas, so are the cooking articles, which are written by our members and other knowledgeable contributors. Don't miss the reviews of cookbooks and equipment as well as the photo galleries. I guess the best way to find all the goodies is to just explore the site.
