    Sunny/Portland … my sister went to school there and I would visit her often; I’d say that is a great play on words!

    There are many pastry chefs here, but not so of the cheese makers, I for one would like to hear more about that.  I love cheese!

    Chef Talk is way more than a food forum, have you checked out the Galleries? Or the Articles?  Fantastic!
