HI! My husband and I own and operate a small fine dining restaurant in Southeast Kansas. It has been in operation for 4 years. We have a 38 page menu...(which has made us popular here) and in addition run a full buffet seven days a week. We serve only about 75 meals a day...but that is plenty for us as we do all the cooking and all the dishes. We have a dining room manager and three waitresses. 90% of our items are home-made..including our breads, pies, cookies and candies. The reason I have registered with your site is that every comment seemed so friendly and helpful rather than rude and "uppity". I know I will enjoy this site...and hope to be helpful to someone out there....
