Greetings to all! I am a 40 year old youth minister preparing to embark on a culinary education at Ivy Tech Community College in January. I love to cook, and enjoyed working in food service when I was in college. I want to do something that will provide a side income, and give me an opportunity to cook professionally (small bakery or catering). My only dilemma is whether to go for culinary arts or baking & pastry.
