    Hello and welcome to Cheftalk!

We have a membership spread around the globe and all levels of expertise, from those of us who are keen amateurs to masterchefs, and all points in between.

The wikis, articles, blogs and photgraphs on the site are well worth having a look - lots of ideas in the reviews, too.  Feel free to join in on threads you find interesting, or start your own.  The Professional fora are read-only for us, non-profs, but still make interesting reading!

    Hello neighbour and welcome!!

I'm in Hamilton too.. we're down near Bayfront Park but I work in Burlington and hubby works in TO.

Sooo  I have to ask.. you wouldn't happen to be associated in any way with the "Caribbean Pot"  that is in the food court in the City Centre downtown??  Your name just made me think of that place.  I still have to try it but there is never any roti when I am in the mood for it.

No, sorry, I'm in no way associated with them. however (coincidence) I do own the website and publish Caribbean recipes their. i'm not sure if I'm allowed to post urls here (as I'm new). but it's my "user name".com

    p.s. thx for the welcome.
