wow, I feel like a kid at candy store ... so after some time off for a college education, I am back in the industry and will be starting a catering co. out of the Detroit area. but more importantly I love to cook solid food, eat the best possible cuisine, and drink some good wine with some great folks.

My husband's a Michigander, too. As an entrepreneur, I'd guess there are lots of opportunities for people who want start a business or take a current one in a new direction. I wish you well.
