Hi all

I'm new. I should've probably joined long time ago. Anyway....

I've been cooking professionally for 18+ years. From fine dine, to corporate/ boardroom catering, retail consulting, and a private chef to a few (spoilt😅) high rollers. Now I'm looking to explore boulangerie and viennoiserie.

I was an alcholic for half my career but NEVER drank on the job and I'm now sober 3 years. Well, that's me.

What's your favourite fast food? take-away food?

Congrats on the sobriety! the desire to drink never leaves, the cost is eternal vigilance. You can do it.
