    I am a professional chef, new to this site, for the moment I Am cooking Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine but I have experience in all kind of cuisine since more than 30 years.
    i hope that I will learn about food from this site, it's my passion.

    What nice about cooking that it has no limit, it's different from country to country, from town to town and from house to house.
    Don't trust a skinny cook :)
