Hello everyone! I'm a lover and baker of everything PIE. I like to make and bake pie, look at pie, sample and eat pie, you name it, if it's a pie I'm all over it. Just started my own (VERY SMALL) pie baking business and catering service and am looking to learn from everyone here how I can become a better baker, a better pie baker and a better small business bakery owner and operator!
Hello David, and welcome to CT! As someone who regularly requests key lime pie instead of birthday cake every year, I can safely say there will be others here who share your passion. Baking and pastry has always been my "Achilles Heel", but there are plenty of fine chefs who will probably be able to share tips, techniques & opinions. Best of luck!
My son went to school up at North Idaho College and played soccer for them. That campus in CDA is AMAZING!! Thanks for the welcome!
