Hello from Basalt (it's outside of Aspen)!

    Hi all,

    I'm a chef at a casual/fine dining restaurant in Basalt, CO.  I look forward to the chats about the industry! I'm always looking for new ideas, techniques, stories and all the other fun stuff that comes with as Anthony put it, "this thing we do."
