Hello from a new one!

    Hello Everyone.
    I'm just getting started in this industry after a 10 year career in Computers. I started Culinary school at Forest Park Community College in Saint Louis last week. Im also trying to set up an apprenticeship to get some real experience. I look forward to talking to you guys.
