Hello from a coffee shop!

    I work for a coffee shop that is trying to develop a baking department. I'm thrilled to have found this site and all of the extremely helpful information. I used to make wedding cakes but outside of that I have only basic baking knowledge. I'm looking forward to asking questions and learning all kinds of new things.
