Hello to everyone, my name is Derric, I'm currently a student at Sullivan University in Louisville, KY. I have been working in the industry since I was 16 and cooking since I could reach the stove. My experience is primarily front-of-house, but through the years and many restaurants I have worked in I have learned a great deal just by watching the chefs and asking questions. I decided I wanted to cook professionally about a year ago and i never looked back. It was probably one of the best decisions I have ever made. I love to cook and most importantly to please people with my cooking. I'm a straight A student and just made the culinary team and I have very big aspirations in this field. Anyway, enough about me, I just wanted to say hello.
