    I'm so glad to have found this site. I look forward to learning from everyone here. Now a little about me. I went to culinary school and now am a manager at noodles and company. I am also starting a personal chef business called culinary escapes. I am hoping that it will take off. Anyone with personal chef experience can get ahold of me I would love to hear the pro and cons of that side of the industry.
