    My name is Justin. I cook professionally for a living and am currently the sous chef at a very old, very popular restaurant in Cleveland.I have only been in the industry 4 years, but dove in headfirst and am always trying to better myself. I am obsessed with learning about anything related to the industry, so I'm really excited about discovering this forum!

    Join the conversation or start a thread of your own, on that I might suggest that you do a search at the top of the page to find any previous discussions on the topic. The Articles, Reviews and Galleries are fantastic, oh and the Special Guest Forum makes for a good read.
