    My name is Diana, i am a professional chef and a pastry chef as well. I am from Colombia but i graduated in Argentina. My specialty are cookies, cakes, french macarons and cupcakes.

    I also know how to make an incredible sushi!!!

    You sound like a very warm person and willing to share .The sushi I have not made ,where do I start ! At work i do make tuna tartar ,thats a start !

    Hi! Where do you work? Well to make a great sushi i think the key is the rice. I learned to do it with a Chef from a big chain of japanese food restaurants in my country. I´ll post the recipe i have later cause i have to go running now!
