    Greetings everyone from s.e. Washington wine country. I am currently lead chef at a new restaurant here. Been working in kitchens across the west for 25 years. I specialize in meat smoking and charcuterie. I am looking forward to seeing what I can learn from you all and hope to contribute my experience as well.
