Hi Guys and Gals, My name is Tristan, I've been working in kitchens for just over 10 years now, starting as a dishwasher and slowly crawling my way to the job I now hold as a lowly production cook in a kitchen I TRULY LOVE. I personally think it's not how much you're paid but rather if you can enjoy doing it and feel good about waking up for work every day then you struck gold. I live and work in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, I have a girlfriend, and we have a Bengal cat who thinks he's people.
