HI, Catherina, Welcome to ChefTalk,

Congrats on your venture and best of luck....

It looks daunting and scary like trying to river raft the ZAMBEZI, but I am sure you will do well...

I bet all who have eaten ur Sunday Roast are fans of it... now all you got to do is get to into the plates of others and soon you will have loads of hungry fans clamoring for more... just never skimp on the quality and portions on offer, but then you already know all that :D

I am New here too but this is the place where if you ever have any doubts or need assistance, you will succeed in getting it.

Thanks Shyamchef,

I think I may need all the assistance I can get. But knowing there is somewhere I can seek reassurance has made me feel a whole lot better.
