Hello,

I thought I should introduce myself. I found this site last night.

I've always loved cooking.. baking mostly. I will begin my journey toward a Culinary Arts degree this fall, and I can't wait. On an average night I cook for 6-8 people, so learning how to do that better and more efficiently is what I'm looking for. I also plan on opening my own catering business eventually.
