Hey guys, my name is Phil. About a year ago I opened a take-out health food restaurant, it's mainly a salad/smoothie bar. I came across this website in my never ending google searches to find some general information and help on operating this place to max efficiency. Soon I will be posting some questions about pricing my products, effective managing techniques, and some other day to day operating questions. This is my first food service business. It is much more challenging than I thought, but I like the challenge, and running this business has been my dream for many years. I'm happy to be a new member here!
