So being 29 years old I'm becoming more aware of the effect food and drink have on my body.  I'm still in good enough shape, but am looking for help from all you out there that maintain a healthy lifestyle while working in professional kitchens.  How do you cut the snacking?  Late night meals?  How often do you drink!?

    Thanks ya'll

Eat less, eat more often. I drag ass at work if I don't eat light. Eat more fruit.

Make sure you get good amounts of soluble fiber so you don't feel hungry. That helps with blood sugar highs and lows, and physically feels full.

I've cut out booze, but I think 1-2 drinks are ok.

No energy drinks. They are like drugs, where you start having to drink them just to feel 'normal.'
