Hey guys I'm just wondering whats the best way to store fresh herbs in the fridge. My herbs range from basil, oregano, parsley , rosemary , terragon. I'm expecially having a problem keeping the basil for more then 2 days in the fridge.

    Rosemary is pretty indestructible.

You can try putting them in water like flowers in a vase.

Basil and tarragon are real susceptible to darkening, so you gotta be careful about smooshing them or frost damage,

I dunno if they have an ethelyne response that increases ripening/rotting, but might as well keep them away from stuff like apples.

You can lay them flat and place a moist pape towel or linen on them.
