Has anyone used a so called Twinarm Dough Mixer : Used for artisan breads & bissuits - Thanks

    Hi there,

    Need to know if anyone has heard or used a Twin Arm Dough Mixer , very popular in Italian Coomercial Dough mixing processes.

    I have. Uses a different action, but mixes similar to a spiral. Supposed to be gentle and mix like a hand motion. Not very popular in US. Have seen many of them in my travels to Mid and South America. Some what prevalent in Europe.
