hi everyone! i love to cook and i love to chat about chef jobs and chef life. i call myself happyegg b/c when i was a kid, i loved eggs but always called them happy to my mom's bemusement. i'm excited to find a real cook's forum b/c i have lots of ideas and questions. i'm a line cook and get bored sooo easily. i'm also a fragile soul with a tough exterior. i love to cook both savory and pastries. can't decide right now. hope to hear from y'all.
