I am not in the food industry, but I am just looking for new resources for cooking ideas and advice. I consider myself a decent cook, and my husband will agree that in our 42 years of marriage I have rarely made the same thing the same way twice. We love trying new foods and retirement has given me the opportunity to explore many new to me cuisines.
