    Hello all. I've visited this site a couple times in the past, and decided to finally sign up. I'm actually about to start a new job which I'm really excited for; from a chef's/cook's point of view, my old job was a complete nightmare. So taking this opportunity of some actual free time to hopefully connect with some fellow foodies and say what's up! /img/vbsmilies/smilies/cool.gif

    I hope you will make some time to read some of the wonderful articles on here, as well as view the photography - all worth the effort!

    We have members from all around the globe (I'm Scottish), and with all levels of ability from those just starting out on their culinary adventures, through enthusiastic amateurs (like me) to master chefs.

    There is a section of the site for professional chefs, but feel free to join in on any thread on the site - or start your own.
