    Hallo from Italy,

I have a little question for You: In Italy we have the mixed grill made by pork or beef or sheep, are there differents from the italian meat and the meat of other countries? Do you think that every country has a different type of meat?

    Thanks a lot

    Simone

Simone, yes: I believe there are significant differences between meats from different countries. The beef from Argentina, for example, is much different than American-raised beef. In your own country, there are differences: I don't know where you live in Italy (Bologna?),  but the cattle from the Piemonte are distinct from the cattle elsewhere in Italy. And here, we do envy your bollito misto! Thank you for writing.
