    Hello, everyone!

    I'm not a professional chef, but I'm trying to move beyond frozen foods and into food service in the future. I am just starting out in the kitchen, and I'm always looking for new recipes to try. I'm in grad school, studying legal history, but I keep the dusty books out of my kitchen.

    It's been years since I joined a forum...
