I am going to make a "crawfish boil" cake for a groom. The "pot" will be laying on its side spilling its contents. but how should i build this cake? layer up and cut to a round form, possibly make a roll cake? need some advice please

    Welcome to Cheftalk Cakebaby,

I don't think I would personally make a roll cake but to each his own. What are your thoughts on a cake that looked something like this ?

The pot is  also edible and there would be no waste of any cake. Now I did not make this cake but it did win in a contest ( off net ). Would this way be easier for you ? ..................

                                                          just a thought. Petals.
