Grinding and seiving chicken bones

    I made some stock from vegatables and chicken wings.  I was wondering if I ground all the leftover roasted veg and bones and bits of meat with water in a Vita mix and then seived it would I be able to eat this as soup.  I have already done all this and put the end results through a very fine seive but I wondered if it would be safe to eat it.  It seems very smooth and is tasty but I wondered if it could damge my insides beacsues it had powdered bones in it..

    You should be fine as long as no sharp pieces remain.
