    Hello all,

    I'm new to these forums and thought I'd drop in here and introduce myself. I'm 29 years old from London, Ontario. I'm a network administrator by day and a foodie by night. I've been looking for a good school to take night classes in, but have yet to find one that has anything but fluff courses offered evenings.

    I absolutely love to cook. I spend the week looking forward to the weekend so I can spend most of Saturday in the kitchen playing around. My girlfriend doesn't seem to mind though.
