I don't remember if I introduced myself. My name is Jeff. Currently I work as a cook in a upscale restaurant. I've been in the industry for nearly 20 years. Worked jobs from bus boy to room chef. Lately I contemplate my future in the kitchen. At 39 I have a nagging MCL injury in my elbow that won't go away. I simply can't do the job to my standards anymore. I'm considering other options in the hospitality industry.
