Hi all! I hail to you from Vancouver, BC where I make a living working for Earls Restaurants. I have the unique opportunity to work in a senior position in both the kitchen and service side of things - sometimes both in the same day! I've never been to culinary school, so you'll have to forgive me if I stumble occasionally on terminology, but be fearless with instructions and I'll catch on quick.
