New to this site and to the forum...I have restaurant experience but have developed a true passion for the food arts as a home cook. I love hosting in my home, love every step of planning a dinner or celebratory event, and love sharing my passion with friends. I also do competitive cooking and "kicked up" tailgate parties during football season. Unpretentious and confident, bold and balanced, surprising and comforting. That describes both me and my approach to cooking. I look forward to learning from others and sharing what I know.
