A Southern hello to all!  I am looking forward to meeting each of you.

I actually found this website while doing research for my cookbook and promised myself that once things were done, I would come back, join and be a contributing subscriber.

I am so impressed with the layout, information, professionalism, and ease of the site!!

Once January rolls around and things get back to normal (?) I will have more time to participate.

We have members from around the globe (I'm Scots) and at all levels of culinary ability from those who can't boil water to masterchefs - as well as other culinary professionals, eg writers, food photographers.  The articles and photography on the site are simply wonderful and well worth a look when you  have more time.
