Just wanted to step in and introduce myself! I own a personal chef service here in upstate New York for the last two years...Quite a learning expereince!
This forum seems to be a fantastic resource and a wonderful sounding board for those of us who are both novices and experts...I consider myself teetering in between both!
I look forward both to asking for and giving any help I can towards the betterment of all of us!
