    I just moved from Illinois from Utah, and there are a few culinary differences, and I have a scientific interest in cooking and food. So I just found this forum and thought I would join up and ask my question, but I guess I'll ask it in the pastry section. Anyway, I'm glad to be here and we'll see if anyone can help me.
